The Boeri Lake is one of two big lakes in the interior of Dominica. The starting point for a 2,5 hour walk is Laudat. To reach the Boeri Lake you need to turn right just before entering Laudat and you  have to pass the Freshwater Lake first. Too lazy to walk?? If you have a will and a 4WD you can drive to the Freshwater Lake, but from there no road is available so you will have to burn some calories!
Important: bring good shoes and a raincoat. The hike is not difficult, but it can become a little slick due to the high humidity.
